  • 9:45 to 11:15 PM — Playing with Fyre / Gaye

SATURDAY, 2023 JULY 15

  • 8:00 to 9:30 AM — Breakfast

  • 9:40 to 10:40 AM — Waltz workshop (Gaye)

  • 11:00 AM to 12:10 PM Canal Boat Ride. Enjoy a taste of local history riding the ever-popular serene canal boat, the Monticello III.

  • 12:15 to 1:30 PM — Lunch

  • 1:30 to 2:30 PM — English (Hot Coffee/ Gaye)

  • 2:30 to 3:30 PM — Rushfest (Emily)

  • 3:40 to 4:55 PM — Challening contras (Hot Coffee / Gaye)

  • 5:25 to 7:00 PM — Catered dinner, prepaid

  • 7:15 to 8:00 PM — Concert (Playing with Fyre)

  • 8:00 to 9:25 PM — Evening dance (Playing with Fyre / Emily)

  • 9:45 to 11:15 PM — Evening dance (Hot Coffee / Gaye)

SUNDAY, 2023 JULY 16

  • 8:30 to 10:00 AM — Breakfast

    9:15 to 10:15 AM — Rise up singing, patio

    10:15 to 11:00 — Waltz (Playing with Fyre)

    11:00 AM to 12:15 PM — Morning dance (Hot Coffee / Emily)

    12:15 to 1:15 PM — Brunch / Lunch

    1:15 to 3:00 PM — Afternoon dance (Playing with Fyre / Hot Coffee / Gaye/ Emily)

    3:00 PM — Hugs/ Farewell til next year

Bring a water bottle

If temperatures are high, you will want to be prepared to drink plenty of water while you are dancing.

The hall is air-conditioned plus we provide mammoth fans for additional cooling.

Food

  • Bring dessert or finger food to share on Friday night.

  • Breakfast and lunch buffet provided on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Optional onsite dinner is proved by our caterer for $20.

  • If you do not wish to participate in catered dinner Saturday:

    • There are numerous restaurants in the area.

    • Park picnic shelters have grills; Campsites with electric hookups have fire pits.
