Registration Fee

$155 Dancer age 30 and older ($165 after June 14)

$115 Dancer age 29 and younger

$21 for Saturday catered dinner

Payment Options

  • Pay by check.

  • Pay online via credit or debit card. Payment processed by PayPal. A $6 processing fee will be added to your payment.

Registration fee includes

  • Plentiful healthy snacks and beverages,

  • Substantial breakfast and lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Admission to the Saturday morning canal boat ride.

You must make your own sleeping arrangements. See the Lodging page for options.

Cancellation

Cancellations granted by July 3, less $25. After July 5, NO REFUNDS.

Provide a LEGIBLE and WORKING email address; we will email you a confirmation and further details with directions.

To receive confirmation via “snail mail”, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Organizers recognize the unique health situation and circumstances of each community member. We emphasize personal responsibility in this dance situation.

  • Dancers are free to make their own decisions regarding vaccinations and use of masks. Neither are required.

  • We support your health decision.
