Organizers recognize the unique health situation and circumstances of each community member. We emphasize personal responsibility in this dance situation.

• Dancers are free to make their own decisions regarding vaccinations and use of masks. Neither are required.

• We support your health decision.

Can several people use one registration form?

No, please submit one registration form with each dancer.

What options do I have for registering and paying for the weekend?

Option 1: Mail in a check with your payment.

Option 2: Pay online using PayPal, which allows you to pay by credit card.

Is there any recycling available at the dance hall?

In the past we have managed recycling ourselves. We need volunteers to help with this, including people to sort and then transport recycling back to a municipality that offers recycling. If you'd be able to help with this, please email the Registrar.
